If the fans don't wanna come out to the ballpark, no one can stop 'em.  - Yogi Berra

"and if Buyers don't wanna buy...well, that's just silly!" - Ed Nailor

What an amazing time we are in! The market is ripe for the taking and the entry fee is lower than it's been in years! Such opportunity awaits... it would be foolish to sit on the sidelines waiting to see what happens next.

What am I talking about?

Now is THE time to buy!

I agree. I heard someone say (or I read it somewhere) that you will know the market has turned when someone else buys that house you liked. Well, I saw it happen to a lot of folks last weekend.

There are some great deals out there.

Couldn't agree more!  Buyers are getting great deals!

Be of service! The rewards will come!

Great post. Rates are great and are helping buyers get more house for the buck. Lenders are still ready to write loans to good buyers and with FHA even more opportunities await. Now if we can get the media to jump on board this great opportunity in many markets more buyers will get to enjoy the joys of "firing their landlords" and owning a piece of the American dream.

With mortgage rates dropping because of the fed's reducing the prime rate twice in a week you are right.  But and here is the hammer they need to have a downpayment so that they are comfortable, no more problems

Now is a great time to buy and alot of people realize it.

Kevin: You are right... there are GREAT deals to be had!

Matt: Service comes first my friend! Thanks for the comment

Brian: Don't hold your breath on the media showcasing these facts. They want the bad news...

Renee: I still have 100% mortgage loans for MANY borrowers! If there is a problem getting a downpayment together, many buyers can still buy without it. But it is a good idea to have something down if possible.

Gaye: I think people are beginning to see it. I am getting more calls coming into the new month.

Thanks all...
