The Orange County market had a huge drop of about fity percent in number of listings from start of 2012 to end of the year.
We now see a slight increase of for homes for sale listings during the first three weeks of this year - and hope this increase in homes for sale is a trend that will continue thorugh the Spring.
However, the main Orange County CA real estate story continues to be that the market needs more sellers to satisfy home buyer demand and aggressive investors.
