Little Egg Harbor Homes for Sale - 4th Quarter Housing Market Report, 2012
A small blip in Little Egg Harbor's improving housing market can been seen in the final quarter of 2012. That blip is November and is due to super storm Sandy. Little Egg Harbor officials estimate 5,000 homes in the Mystic Island section have been substantially damaged, the figure could be higher.
If December's figures are any indication the real impact of Sandy won't be felt until the Little Egg Harbor waterfront home shopping season really gets underway in late February. Listings are down, prices are up slightly so there's going to be more competition for fewer homes for sale in Little Egg Harbor.
