What's The Best Way To Make A Seller's Evening?

To say, "Congratulations - we've opened escrow!"

I had the chance to do that not once, but twice in one day, for a couple of Tucson home Sellers yesterday!

Sure - we have to get through inspections, and anything can come up, but it's like getting an offer - at least the Sellers have one; and now it shifts to .... at least we are in escrow and the Sellers are well on their way to taking the next steps needed to pursue whatever their plans are after selling the home. 

So for now - this a good way to enjoy an evening - and think about your next new home!
