Craig, Roger beat me to it, but you are so right! I'll also add that buyers should go to a Realtor's website such as your Raleigh/Cary/Apex JustNHomes.com site because of the daily updating. I get so many calls from buyers saying they found a property they are interested in and it turns out they found it on Trulia or Zillow where the info is often outdated.

It would be so nice to be able to put the MLS on our websites here in Western PA. Unfortunately we are not allow to have our MLS be attainable to anyone that is not a licensed agent. Even if we have someone working for us on our team... if they are not licensed then they are not allowed to get into the MLS.
