For those of us that live in the northern part of our country, our real estate market has to deal with the winter deep freeze.
Rochester can have some pretty cold temperatures! How do you cope with the low temps with your business? Many people do not want to go out in these temps!
I know for me it means catching up on paperwork and inside details.

Wow! That looks cold. I think we might get into the 70's today. Somewhere around 45 or so right now. Sorry.
Wow. It may be very cold in the northern part of the country but it is cold in the south eastern part as well. It is about 30 degrees right now. Nice article. Have a wonderful 2013.
Steve: Spent a lot of time in a former career in Rochester, Buffalo and Syracuse. Never have seen colder temps and snow. And I grew up in Montana! Stay well.
We're right there with you, Steve! Right now in Wallingford CT it's a brisk 11 degrees Fahrenheit, with a wind chill of between -5 and -15! Not exactly sun tan weather! All you can do is bundle up in layers and keep exposed skin surfaces to a minimum. Or, stay home if you have no appointments, but in this market, that's not an option!
Sharing you pain and doing the same , catching up on paper work. Currently here in Brooklyn it only 11 some im work in my postcard list until the temp gets up into the 20's.

70's sounds pretty nice right now Alan, but to hear that you drop into the 40's at night is pretty cool for you!
