Wordless Wednesday (Vanity Plates?)

I saw this parked outside the police dept at our county seat.  Must belong to a cop,  not valid plates for Missouri on any state that I know of.  But I got a kick out of it!  I have to say, I really liked the movie but this guy must be a super Forest Gump fan!
