Holy Cow!  Are you kidding me with this conforming loan limit increase that's in the works?  This is going to be ridiculous folks. There are and should be people refinancing all over the Bay Area.  If you or anyone you know would like to refinance, please let me know and I'll have the honor of saving them a bunch of money on their home loan (kind of like the Geico commercial)!  Realtors, bring your clients in now to get pre-approved and ready to take advantage of something that doesn't happen very often....low rates and low home prices.
