When your abstract is built or extended, any and all documents that have been filed at both the County Clerk's Office and the County Court Clerk's office that affect the ownership rights or chain of title of your property should be included in your abstract.
That may include deeds, mortgages, leases, lawsuits, judgements, liens, releases filed on any instruments, wills, probate proceedings, etc etc..
