Can you take care of my horse...I'm going on vacation...huh?

yes, indeedeey!...my buyer asked me to do this for her today...now granted, my family had horses when I was young...I took a lesson...

That's right "A" LESSON!

That one spectacular day, I got on a horse...for a lesson...geeze my younger sister could control that animal...she's a Cancer by sign...laid back and a great rider...so why couldn't I?

Well now, I'll tell you...Being a Leo by nature...I'm not afraid of much of anything...except a four legged creature who is 100 times bigger than me.  Being of the nature of the beast, I got right up on that horse, not having a clue what to do and hoping the trainer was going to get on the horse next to me and ride along...I thought..."OK, I'll try this...look's like fun"..................yikes...what a mistake that was...something spooked my horse and we're...OFF AND RUNNING!!!I MEAN, RUNNING...FULL SPEAD AHEAD!

Holding on for dear life, I'm praying for a TIRED HORSE!  Opps!!! Not today!

Reminds me of...yes, THERE IS A REAL ESTATE CONNECTION HERE...The buyer, who just appeared out of the BLUE, who want's to buy...wanted to buy yesterday, and want's to see the property on an hour's notice...

Well, back to my horror story...the horse took off running...I saw a fence and thought! Geeze, I hope he doesn't know how to jump!

That was then, this is now...and I changed my  thought processes...

In Real Estate...now IS the TIME to JUMP!!! JUMP RIGHT IN, MY FRIENDS...THE PROPERTIES ARE YOUR'S, THE PRICES ARE RIGHT...( I was supposed to pull on the reigns...but I didn't ...) DON'T PULL THE REIGN'S...LOOK FOR THAT GREAT DEAL AND GO FOR IT!!!

note: It's better for me to take care of the purchase...I'll feed the horse for you, but meet me at the FINISH LINE!

It may never happen again...the market is perfect for the educated buyer, the cost of $$$ is cheap, and if you have the fortitude and the means to buy in Florida...give me a call...there are some great buy's out there...

Don't stop at the fence...let the horse stop and catapult you to a great situation on the other side...there are some GREAT DEALS OUT THERE...DON'T LEAVE THEM ON THE SHORT SIDE OF THE FENCE!

Look Karen.  Be nice to yourself.  Stop the dang horse, get off, open the gate and WALK thru to the other side of the fence.

It's much easier on the body than getting yourself thrown over the fence.

I've went over the head of more than one horse.  Broken bones HURT!

Bill,

The little miniature carrot's float in my container! I don't know about the big one's, I wasn't the trainer,,,just the giver of the candy!  LOL... My dad told us to feed the horses the carrots...not put them in the bottom of the pale of water to bribe the horse!! LOL - My friend trained some of the most fabulous race horses in history...I don't question him or his motives!!! LOL!!!

As for the soft landing...fell off walked away and left my sister to the horse back riding and went back to my piano!  Tickling the ivories was safer for me than petting the ponies!

:-)

Erby,

Fell off of the horse...walked away  - see the above comment...

My sports ended up no contact!  Golf, tennis, and skiing (water or snow) - riding animals only happened once! LOL

Thanks for posting.
