What you are looking for at this stage is to make sure that all your electrical, plumbing options are all in the right place, as well as all of the optional features you have added.
You can also hire the home inspector of your choice and have him give you a report on the integrity of the property, which is what we did in this case.
All that needs to be done is a pre-settlement walk through next week to double check that the property is fully ready for occupancy.
After that? Settlement and getting the keys to this amazing new home!
