The wait for a Chase Bank short sale to end up in Equator is over. We've been hearing that Chase Bank was sending all short sales to Equator for more than a year now.
It's like being a little kid at Christmas . . . See, at my house growing up, my parents were too poor to buy a Christmas tree weeks before Christmas, so they would wait until Christmas Eve, when trees went on sale for pennies. Santa Claus brought our Christmas tree, along with all of our presents.
I would never know what day might be Christmas when I was a little kid. It could be any day. Soon as it started to snow in Minnesota, I would begin to anticipate Christmas. It wasn't until I got out of bed one chilly morning to the smell of pine needles and tiptoed around the corner to discover the tree in all of its decorated glory and all of the presents wrapped underneath that I would realize it was Christmas Day.
This is what it's like to log on to Equator in Sacramento and find a Chase short sale ready to close. Read more on my personal blog today about a Chase Bank Short Sale in Equator.
