20 Comments on What Services Does The Warren County Recorder Offer?
Wow~ nice feature, thanks for the solid info, worthy for sure...
There is a whole lot of information and helpful folks at most county recorders offices that most folks do not know about, thanks for the enlightenment.
Jon, Thanks! The Warren County Recorders provide a ton of service for area residents.
Kathy, They've always been helpful to us, whether over the phone or in person, and now quite a bit of the information is available via online searches.
BLiz: Very good information for consumers living in Warren County Ohio or those considering a move to this area.
Anita, There's a lot of useful information just a few clicks away.
BLiz- I'd never really paid too much attention about a county recorder until we were checking on some farm property in Iowa.
Pretty important stuff handled through the county recorders office.......nice Feature too.
Kathy, They hold the keys to some tremendously valuable information. The two pages I picked up this morning were a freshly revised development declarations. Without the change, the closing would have been delayed next week.
Roger, Critical information. They've got a big office on the 2nd floor, and most everything since 1979 is available digitally.
Great info, Bliz. That is a good topic to blog about. I would imagine most residents never think about it, but it's good information to have.
Mike, Until we got in the business I couldn't have even begun to know what they do. Glad they're there for all of us!
Liz and Bill thank you for sharing such wonderul info on your area.
Laura, You're welcome! We've found Active Rain to be a great way of sharing our area, and learning about other people's areas too.
The recorder's office is a very busy place. There is lots of information of record. A lot of the information is on line now and that is great.
Joan, The online search capability is terrific to have.
Been to the one in Wichita Kansas a few times. Handy places to have around.
I haev noticed a trens...recorder's offices are now deciding which documents to record and which ones to reject.,...I think tha tthis is an abuse of power!!
Hi Liz & Bill. In Massachusetts they are called the Registry of Deeds.
Joel, Lots of useful information, but without the staff helping I don't think we'd find a thing, the place it huge!
Paddy, Haven't heard the same here. The only requirement is to keep the margins of the papers clear so the automated scanning doesn't have a problem.
Conrad, They've probably had that name for 300 years :)
Bliz, this is a great resource. Five cents a page is quite a deal. Our recorder's office charges twenty-five cents a page. On my last visit I went to get a copy of a deed for a property. It was forty pages long.
Michael, No complaints here, their price here is VERY reasonable!
