Linda,
Very impressive.....love the kitchen.  I could cook up a storm in there!

I like it. Do you have a way to put the floor plan on the blog? Just an idea.

01/31/2008 07:41 AM by Nashville Real Estate - Larry Brewer (Keller Williams)

Very nice...I think that kitchen rocks. It 's the same house that you had the VT on right? Or am I imagining things?

01/31/2008 07:49 AM by Monika McGillicuddy~REALTOR®~ N.H. Real Estate Broker & Trainer (Prudential Verani Realty/Hampstead)

Awesome kitchen, some great cooking could be done there in time for Super Bowl.

01/31/2008 08:08 AM by Jay McGillicuddy~Real Estate Broker (Prudential Verani Realty)

Cynthia - It is a gorgeous kitchen...I may have to learn how to cook if I had this! LOL

Larry - I'll see if I can do that. I do have a copy, but I need to see if it's copywrited.

Monika - It is the same house, but I wanted to show a couple different views. Plus, Postets syndicates to a lot of sites. The only drawback I see to RES is that you can only upload 9 photos. Other than that I love everything about RES.

Jay - This would be a great house to have a Patriots Super Bowl victory party!

Linda - I love the architecture of this home. I have always been partial to stone. Of course I already knew the interior was beautiful from viewing your video :)

01/31/2008 08:39 AM by Bill Gassett Metrowest Massachusetts Real Estate (RE/MAX Executive Realty)

Hi Linda - what a lovely home, and that kitchen!!  Oh what a kitchen!!

On REShows, you can upload more pics than the 9 that fit the show.  They'll show up on the left hand side navigation bar, I think it says additional photos, or something like that.

Bill - Thanks! I did a postlet so it would be syndicated.

Ann - I guess I'm always in a hurry when I do them and never take the time to read about all the features RES has! Silly me...  Thanks for letting me know.

Linda - That house is beautiful.  If I were relocating to your area it would definitely make the short list.  That's coming from a self-proclaimed kitchen snob!  (I would change the cooktop though because I must have gas, LOL)

01/31/2008 01:23 PM by Debbie White, RE/MAX of Juneau, Alaska (RE/MAX of Juneau)

Debbie - I don't think I could possibly cook in there...I might mess it up! LOL   I prefer gas, too.

Linda~This is an absolutely beautiful home. I love how the mailbox is designed like the front of the house. Many blessings to you on the sale of that beauty.

Hi Julie - If someone doesn't hurry and buy it I may have to! LOL  I LOVE that kitchen!

this home is absolutely beautiful- still planning on a visit in May -

01/31/2008 06:30 PM by Central Oregon Real Estate | Thesa Chambers, Broker (RE/MAX Sunset Realty La Pine)

Linda, this looks like the house that you did a Video on a couple of days ago?  In either case it is a beautiful house.

OK I just saw Monika's comment and your response, that answers the question.

01/31/2008 08:04 PM by George Souto (McCue Mortgage Co.)

Linda...It was the kitchen that looked familiar to me. Not that I am a fan of kitchens mind you :)

The more the merrier as far as listing posts go!!!

Ooops...forgot to say something! I did and I couldn't be happier. I LOVED all the freebies (not really freebies, but included in office fees) that Prudential Texas had, but our manager didn't have written policies on general things and it caused a LOT of friction in the office. I'll give you a call.

Hi Linda, Well, I'm going to repeat most of the comments here.  WOW!  What a beautiful house and I DO love that kitchen!

Congratulations on the move to the new firm.

Hi Judi - I LOVE that kitchen, too! And, thanks! I'm very much happier where I am.

Linda, I made a move the end of September and I'm so happy where I am!

As long as your happy and making money. Best wishes with the new firm.

02/01/2008 09:03 PM by Monika McGillicuddy~NH Real Estate Broker (Prudential Verani Realty)

Moni - I AM happy. There were as many things I loved about the other broker as I didn't love. The fees were killing me. My business increased when I moved. Don't know if it was the move or business just naturally picked up.

Linda, I love the stone work on the exterior and interior of this property. Backing up to a natural area can create that very peaceful backyard setting we all crave. Good luck with it for your Burleson buyers.

02/02/2008 11:14 AM by Gary Woltal - REALTOR® Dallas Ft. Worth (Keller Williams Realty)

Hi, Linda - Beautiful listing. I'm with Gary... I love the stonework.   The adjacent 25 acres is a nice bonus!

02/03/2008 07:10 PM by Fairbanks Real Estate Broker Jesse Clifton (Jesse & Kathy Clifton, REALTORS - 907.699.6024 - )

Gary - Thanks! If you run into anybody moving to Burleson I'd be glad to help! :-)

Hi Jesse & Kathy - The 25 acre natural area is very nice with the walking trails. Thanks for stopping  by!

02/03/2008 08:09 PM by Linda Scanlan ~Selling All of North Texas (Hall Team Homes)

Linda, This home is exquisite. Love all the stone work. Have you been out fishing or are you too busy selling these lovely homes to play in the rain? Missing your posts.

02/04/2008 08:38 AM by Judy Tuscano, NH Real Estate Professional (Prudential Verani Realty)

Judy, I just commented on a couple of your posts that I missed! Maybe I'm just getting old...

I have been busy, but never too busy to play in the rain. We had some wind damage on our property that we've been fixing. Our wooden panel fence decided it didn't like the wind and blew over, and we're getting a new roof because we lost shingles. We had 65 mile an hour winds the other day. Sure makes for a bad hair day! LOL
