This is a great graphic illustration of the different renovations Peg. It is important to get a feel for the return on investment before starting the project.

Peg this info is very helpful to sellers who aren't sure if their ROI will be worthwhile. Out of all the improvements, Curb Appeal has the highest ROI @ 87% but others are right behind it.
Wow, Peg, that's quite the graphic! Being that it's still pretty darned early in my world, I need to bookmark it and come back to it once I have my first cup of Joe under my belt...and can wake up to read and view where each arrow goes!

Maureen, I was quite surprised by how high the percentages were. It just goes to show that to get 100% ROI one should do the renovations a year or two before selling so they can make up the 10 - 20% in enjoyment...
