No Ravens Football today - A Good day to be on the radio in Baltimore.
One week away till the Baltimore Ravens head to New Orleans to win the Superbowl. Meanwhile what do we do without Football this weekend?
In the metro Baltimore area (PA too I think) every Sunday morning is the Weekend Real Estate Report on 105.7 The Fan. During the week it's 100% sports. My 6 year old usually dominates the radio, but most Sunday mornings I am showing homes and I really enjoy listening to the show from 9am till 11am between showings. Today, Sunday January 27th I get to visit in the studio and be a guest Realtor again. 
Carl Delmont from Freedmont Mortgage is the host. He talks about current market trends, news in the industry and has a wide range of guests to speak about every subject that relates to home ownership. On this frigid January morning I get to join him and some other local Realtors to talk about the Real Estate Market in Howard County and Catonsville - My area of expertise.
I also get an opportunity to promote my newest Catonsville listing. The sellers are really excited.
Carl is always entertaining in the morning. His passion for helping people find the right mortgage as well as soccer and coaching soccer is obvious. This summer I joined him in a club box at M&T Bank stadium to watch Liverpool v's Tottenham. It was a great game.
