We may want to help people online-but we should remain IN THE MOMENT WITH THE ONE IN FRONT OF US when we are face to face with people. Otherwise they may not find you so friendly or helpful if you are constantly playing with your phone or device.

So many people are ONLINE these days whether from their desktop locations at home or at the office or more frequently in a mobile wireless sense in their car or out in the world with smartphone and tablet or laptop computers. - Be a connector. Referrals, references, the "social glue" to others
- Share data. YOU be the AUTHORITY
- "Bump into" your clients VIRTUALLY online when you can
- Allow your sellers to look at their home displayed on multiple sites and colloborate with them as feedback and part of your business plan in marketing their home
- Invite buyer leads to explore buyer tips on your web site or to view listings in a non threatening way, to watch a video, to build a "dream home" board on Pinterest that they can view. Non-commital and fun; relationship building
- Market your Onlyness: Your skills, your passion, your relevant education and experiences, your collaborators, your community, your purpose
- Make their life easier and less complicated: appeal property taxes
