Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant Harvest Alabama March Of Dimes Fundraiser
On the evening of the fundraiser I stopped by the Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant Harvest Alabama March Of Dimes Fundraiser to support the drive efforts of the Keith family and to write a follow up blog to one I posted before the event Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant January 22, 6:30 March Of Dimes Fundraiser ..I was pleasantly surprised at the turnout. This area Northern Alabama in particular and Lency has always risen to the ocassion helping others and this funderaiser was no different. Lency the owner of Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant told me that before I got there it was a full house and while I was there most seats were full with another hour to go for the fundraiser. Lency donated a portion of the sales to the Keith Family March of Dimes Fundraiser, there was also a donation jar for those who wanted to give more. The evening was a big success in support of a great cause.
Amber Keith and the Keith family have raised nearly $20,000 for the March of Dimes through different fundraisers...I think we could use a few more people like them.
