We are of the opinion that by providing a professional presentation loaded with photos and all the details benefited us in attracting serious buyers, therefore completing a faster sale. 

Once our property was posted on the HomesByOwner.com website, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work. We posted some open house announcements on your website. Thank you very much for providing the professional colour feature sheets to hand out. Everyone liked the fact they contained our web address and contact information.

Our biggest fear of attempting a private home sale was having to complete the paperwork. When we talked to you we realized that it should not be a concern at all. We don't have to do it. When our buyer showed an interest in making an offer, we contacted our real estate lawyer who was only to happy to help. Apparently lawyers are now handling more private real estate sales. Our lawyer told us that they get a couple of calls each week like ours because private sale is becoming more routine.

We almost forgot to mention that we sold our home in 23 days. At the second open house, a couple from Toronto showed up. We put a deal together in a matter of minutes. It was so easy I wonder why anyone would not want to try selling privately and saving thousands of dollars in real estate fees.
