Judges ready! At the Grace Place Sunday night Judges compared 11 different entries of Texas Chili to see who had the best taste. They really enjoyed their work. Great job by the team. A Husband and wife won in two catagories: Spicy and Best overall taste. The winning Chili's a family receipe for spicy and a hearty brisket chili for the best overall flavor. It was great fun and great food.
Alan, it is so strange how the mind works. Or, perhaps more correctly, how MY mind works. I read the title of this post, and out of nowhere comes an incredibly strong desire to get up from my computer, go to the fridge, and pan-fry one last fillet of catfish. Blackened, Cajun catfish. Yum! Why does my mind do that? Gosh, I wish I knew... LOL.
