Brooke Philosophy
The philosophy of Brooke Corporation is outlined in the book titled "Death of an Insurance Salesman?" written by the company's founder. The fundamental principle of our company is that insurance, and other related services, are usually distributed more efficiently by local business owners than by employees of large corporations.

Local Ownership
We believe that local business owners are more likely to satisfy their customers because they have made a significant investment in business ownership, and their investment in business goes away if their customers go away.

Smaller is Sometimes Better
We believe that small business is better than big business, because small local businesses generally know their customers better than large corporate businesses.

Ownership is Required
Without the incentives of local business ownership, it would be difficult to manage an organization comprised of numerous small business locations.

Personal Contact is a Factor
Although the internet is a force which must be considered in all business plans, we believe that the nature of insurance sales typically requires that internet leads be supplemented with personal contact by sales professionals.
