I love Manhattan Beach - nice place and I am sure that buyer will come durning the open house tomorrow

Thesa.. Come and visit.. Would love to have a buyer fall in love with this place.. it's one of those homes that just feels good even though it's small.

Kaye: We are seeing numerous price reductions as well in our area. I am hopeful you sell it soon, now that the price is lower. I wish you good luck with it. I know homes in this price range are hanging around a long time in this market

Donald- Our market has held up very well but the entry level is soft as builders have stepped out of the competition.. 6 mons ago a builder would have snapped this up the day it hit the market..

Kaye, the price on your slide show says $849,000 while your post mentions a price in the 900's - so you may want to update it. Good luck selling it.
