So, i just got through listening to Bob Stewart and Jonathan Washburn on the HouseValues Mastermind Forum. It was very informative. What I took from this was one person talking about posting about referral business. This one is long overdue.
A month ago, I get a call from my favorite Morrow, GA Realtor, Brande Bradford. Brande had a customer that has a listing that needed to be refinanced. So, the journey started. When the customer called, I reassured her that all would be taken care of. The first thing I noticed was that she had 2 properties and 3 mortgages. The plot thickened.
Not to go into much detail about the loan, but, in 12 days, we closed. Customer was ecstatic and so was Brande. I like to keep them all happy. brande, thanks for believing enough to trust me with your clients.
