Times for home and business consultations are typically 2-3 hours

First: An on site interview is provided to help gain an understanding about the specific areas of your life you seek to enhance. This requires sharing information about key events of your past, which paved the way to your current life situations and understanding your future plans.  This allows insight into your main intentions for why you are having a Feng Shui consultation.

Usually clients have 2-3 key areas in their life they wish to focus on during the consultation. Please keep in mind, what tends to happen during the Feng Shui process is development of awareness that other life sections need to simultaneously be discussed and addressed in order bring solutions to the surface.

Second: You will learn about the several forms of Feng Shui and how to read energy so that you understand each suggestion given to you during your consultation. This also includes understanding how to read your floor plan according to the Ba-gua layout.

Third:Feng Shui Suggestions are given as we walk through your entire home and land. Every suggestion is easy, budget friendly and practical to follow. This includes furniture arrangement, the addition of particular accessories and the releasing of other items and guidance in choosing colors. Remember, 99% of what you need is already in your home or office.

Fourth:  Implementation of the transcendental blessings (space clearing) for the Interior and Exterior of your home, business or new construction site is the last onsite process to your Feng Shui consultation.  Ms. Cerrano asks that you please participate, for your energy is strongest when change is to occur.

After the on site Consultation has been completed:

• A written Summary of Suggestions (12-28 pages in length) with custom diagrams and photos are sent to you after your consultation.  In full detail Laura will re-cap all of the Feng Shui suggestions discussed, along with extra insight information so when implementing the changes into your life and home you have a plan of action to follow. Your summary is meant to guide you step by step as you implement all the Feng Shui changes into your life.   It’s strongly advised to make changes to your home or office one section at a time.

• Ms. Cerrano understands the importance of unlimited follow ups because Feng Shui is a consent evolving process of positive changes and shifts in one’s life.  Updates and follow ups can be accommodated via email, text and phone.

Hourly Rate for Home, Business or Apartment Feng Shui Consultations:   

$180.00 per hour (Two Hour minimum)

2 Hour on-site Feng Shui/Design consultation:$360.00            

3 Hour on-site Feng Shui/Design Consultation:$540.00

Home and Business Package: Complete both home and Office/Business with a Feng Shui/Design Consultation for each: $600.00 ( Typical time 5-6 hours and can be separated into two different days)

Method of payment accepted: Certified Check, Money Order or Cash

Please be considerate of your and Ms. Cerrano’s time.  If you need to reschedule an appointment please allow 48-24 hours notice in advance.  Same day consultations will have an additional small fee due to last minute scheduling. If you cancel 2 times and request to reschedule a third time, a deposit is required (this is none refundable).
