After touring over 15 homes this weekend, 5 of them have already gone pending!  Time to let those buyers know the market is starting to turn in the right direction.  The days of buyers being able to wait for prices to drop and low balling the seller are over.  I have seen 2 properties go pending within the 1st day of being on the market!  Agents have told me they have multiple offers once again.  Time to let sellers know the buyers are back and let buyers know they cant wait around anymore.
