5 things I wish our website did

By
Managing Real Estate Broker with Alchemy Real Estate Group

We are always updating and rebuilding our www.AlchemyRealEstate.com website and currently in a whole new rebuilding which should be launched in 60 days.  Ran across http://activerain.com/blogsview/3594458/activerain-and-websitebox-contest-i-wish-my-website-did-this-  and they are asking what we would like, and all other real estate agents can offer their ideas through a contest with the company "WEBSITE BOX"

Here are my ideas.

1.  Chat feature so our clients can get to us quickly.

2.  The ability for buyers to communicate their requests for what they are looking for and not fear their information will be misused or spammed with useless email.

3.  Easy to use back end to help us develop friendships and trust with our online clients and also organize all the information in intuitive ways.

4.  Works like Facebook.

5.  Able to provide links to off market properties for our builders that we have a letter of authorization to market.

6.  Looks different than the millions of other IDX.

7.  Visual.

We represent Seattle's best builders.  We are providing them critical statistics like these so they can continue employing their crews.  With the limited inventory of homes today, you may want to know about our hidden inventory of homes before they are released to the public when the builders are done with the homes.

Interesting 'wish-list' J R. Not sure though I'd like anyone to 'post' anything on my site - like facebook - unless moderated! You never know who would write what...
