Hi Thesa, good post. I truly wish more of us in the real estate profession would write more positive than negative. This is a great beginning. ;-)

Thesa - you wanna send a little of that "Best Buy ROCKIN' mojo up our way?

Teri - I am excited to have all of these associations working together to promote the postive side of the industry - it is going to be HUGE!

Rich - later I will post the 5 feet of snow in my front yard - and you will understand rocking much better :o)

Thesa - This is great news for your area, I've heard that as well. Once again, proof in the pudding that Real Estate Is Local!

And I am agreeing with ya! Over here in our neck of the woods at least with interest rates dropping it is looking more and more appealing!

Thesa - So many people are still stalling because they hear from the media that its NOT a good time. Real estate is local and that is great that you are providing your local market with local information.

Thesa- Wow.. that is good news.. I know oregon is one of the markets that has held its own while the rest of the country is in trouble..

This is great Thesa. Short and sweet and to the point. It wasn't necessary to write a long post. You said all the right things and communicated effectively.

Jason - It is great news to see so many people working together for a common good. Kind of like AR uh?

Sally - It is amazing how many people do not know there is still 100% financing or other programs that are really attractive for buyers.

Steve - Trust me I am getting some real flack from the negative people in my area - but it really is a great market right now.

Kaye - I am so excited to have so many people working together to educate the buyers of the opportunities that are available.

Hi Thesa: What a great positive post you have shared with us. I think if all of us wall-papered that all over our websites... we could show those first-time buyers that this market really is the best buyer's market in a very long time. Thanks for sharing.

Thesa... It's sad that all we get is the doom and gloom... I think that this is a great way to focus attention on the positive aspects of the market. This is the best buyers market in years... Great way to redirect your focus.

Thesa- I love this market. We have been hard hit here in Michigan for the past 4 years and it continues to go down. There has not been this kind of oppurtunity to buy like this ever in this states history. First and Foremost I think we need to get back to selling HOMES not investments. Not everyone is an investor nor should they be. Buyers can buy there dream HOMES once again!!! Neighborhoods will become NEIGHBORHOODS AGAIN. THIS IS GREAT and we as realtors should be treating it this way.
