Although I have been concentrating most of my efforts on the Phoenix, Arizona metro area, I have been interacting with more and more agents from around the country who are interested in referring investors to the area.

Likewise I've been able to send investment minded individuals to other areas of the country that offer special amenities that are not found locally.

Hey Chuck!

Tony Grego here in Central Indiana. Over the last six months I have arraigned financing for several California investment buyers. They enjoy the very attractive pricing that Central Indiana offers. Now or anytime in the future if you need additional information please let me know.

Yes Tony- if you have certain properties that may be of interest to my buyers, by all means, just send it to me so that I can present it to them and send them your way. They're always interested in "cashflow". So, whenever you have something that would appeal to buy/hold/and rent properties that are cash positive I'm always interested.
