We have met Joan through ActiveRain blogging and commenting for few years. And last Summer in August when we had to go to Denver Colorado for a friend's wedding, we were very excited because we can also meet Joan in person! Joan is just like her blog posts, so cheerful, bubbly and helpful. Not to mention she is a great tour guide of her city Denver Colorado. She showed us different neighborhoods of Denver, landmark of Denver, and drove us up to Mount Evans even though she has a fear of heights! We spent so much time with Joan, it was fun and we bonded with Joan instantly.

Few months later, Joan came to East coast and of course she came to New York city for one day and we reciprocate our love for Joan. We showed her how New Yorker get down and party!

Overall, we know Joan is a great person and a great agent. If she show her sellers and buyers a fraction of what she showed us during our time in Denver, we know they will love her and her 'CAN DO' attitude.

I'm still mourning the loss of Joan's Denver Broncos and my Seattle Seahawks. We should be playing each other this weekend in the superbowl. I too would love to have Joan take us out to show us properties, as long as stay far away from Mt. Evans, that was terrifying!
