El Dorado Lakes Homes are selling quickly
Many people believe that homes are taking longer to sell in December. That was not the case for this 5 bedroom, 3 bath home with a pool in El Dorado Lakes in Gilbert. One of the keys for the quick sale was that it was price correctly. Many sellers and agents over price homes and when they sit on the market buyers begin to believe that there is something wrong with the property or that the seller is unrealistic. This home was priced to the market and as a result there were over 12 showings and 3 offers with the highest offer being over list price. The final selling price was even over the appraised value.
