A Recipe for Real Estate Success

By
Real Estate Agent

No one makes better Macaroni and Cheese than my mother! It is so good.........(How Good Is It !??)

It is so good that people get upset during the holidays when my mother doesn't cook it.

I'm sure that most of you have family recipes that, if you gave it to someone, you would have to kill them.

ActiveRain Member Chanel Shavers inspired me to share my recipe for Success that resides in my real estate cookbook.

¼ Cup of Professionalism - Professionalism has been defined as someone engaging in a given activity as a source of livelihood or as a career. In my opinion, you must take this business and your involvement seriously or you cannot call yourself a professional.

¼ Cup of Competency - I want to know everything there is to know about real estate in an effort to exhibit above average excellence, merit and intelligence with my clients and my peers.

¼ Cup of Dependability - This leads to a simple question. Are you worthy of reliance or trust? If the answer is yes, you'll always have business. More importantly, you'll be able to look at yourself in the mirror with admiration.

¼ Cup of Patience - Do you possess quiet, steady perseverance? Do your actions in trying circumstances imply qualities of calmness and stability? They should because your clients will love you for it!

Then, sprinkle some personality and experience and you will have a tasty dish of SUCCESS.

What's your recipe?
