Real Estate on the Rise

After recapping the 2012 real estate market trends, many news outlets are reporting that 2012 was the best in real estate in the past 5 years. This is obviously great news as 2013 is already on the way and we enter the Peak Season.

What Now?

We are the insiders who stay on top of the daily real estate market by reading the local and national news. Our potential clients may not get the same info as quickly as we do. So to them, they still see this as a bad market to sell. That is why it is important that we keep those within our markets and sphere of influence up to date.

Working the Sphere!

We need to work those who are closest to us. By utilizing our sphere effectively, we can reach a significant population quickly. 6 degrees of separation, You inform one person and provide them with your info to distribute to their close sphere and encourage them to visit your website to keep updated and now your sphere grows.

Staying Social

One of the quickest ways to keep our sphere in the know is by working the social media front. By becoming the local expert on the hyper-local Real Estate Market, the benefits will be many. I use my website that is dedicated to Bronx Real Estate and my site for Westchester Real Estate to keep people in the loop. Most of use have our websites, but do we keep people coming back for more?

The Hook

Besides our basic sites we should have a link to our blog and social media icons for sharing on our site. With the blog you can keep people informed and with your social sites you can hook them into visiting your Real Estate. Also setting up a rock solid email marketing campaign is important as well.

In Conclusion

Let's make 2013 an amazing year for our Sphere, our Clients and our Bottom Lines!

Thanks for reading.
