Out of the rain comes a little rainbow…you just have to wait for it.

About two months ago, I met a darling young woman who moved here from Chicago recently and was servicing my heating equipment. We got to talking, she mentioned looking to buy a home for the first time.

I became her realtor. We got her started on financing, saw a country  property with a bit of acreage the day she got her loan process started, the listing agent said it would be going fast so we made an offer contingent upon her qualifying. She did not.

BUT….she had fallen in love with Fishhawk Lake while servicing my home (and saw an eagle soaring by my home while she was here) and I had a new listing with an out-of-state owner who was also looking for a tenant. Well….yup, you guessed it! I made the initial introductions, they went from there and I now have a wonderful new neighbor on Fishhawk Lake!

The capper—this will become a lease-option for a Fishhawk Lake listing down the road AND I gained a petsitter so that I can take some much needed vacation in the future!

See, you have to believe…in rainbows and the gold at the end of them…just wait for it!

Gayle, ah!  A pet sitter is just a wonderful gift!  I think that is the most challenging part of getting away!

Mushball here LOL. You make all those connections Gayle and what terrific examples. Kind of like the rainbow connector for all of Fishhawk Lake. Good pet sitters BTW are hard to find.
