Lola's Tour of Foreclosure Homes Available in Port Richey and New Port Richey, Florida

Hundreds of foreclosure homes are available in Pasco and Pinellas Counties right now, for under $90,000!

This is the first in a series, where I will spotlight as I preview homes in specific areas, highlighting those I feel have the greatest value. This is your Foreclosure 101 Spotlight: Pasco County--check back for weekly updates!

This first home is in the Regency park area of Pasco county. The list price is currently $72,000, and it is a two bedroom, two bath, one car garage home with 1080 square feet under air. I gave this home a grade of "B", because it seeems structurally sound, needs only cosmetic repair, and the busy street access is offset by the lovely waterview in the back.

Hi Lola,

When you do your tours, do you only do your own listings? Or do you do anything that looks good on your MLS?

If you do any agent's listing, do you call them first or does it matter??

Hello, Bridgett, and thank you for asking! The homes I do my video tours on are either my own listings, or foreclosure listings which i have either previewed or toured with one of my investor clients. Any home I preview or show is done by the MLS protocol, which is stated in the Realtor remarks and showing instructions here in Florida.
