DON'T BOOT THE BUYER
Living in an Air Force Base community I can not count all the times that I have scheduled a half day of looking at homes only for the Airman (Man or Woman) to show up in their work clothes complete with lace-up work boots.
Granted this is usually only when working with 1st time home buyers and seldom a repeated scenerio.
I'm hoping this post may help out one of those 1st time home buyers before they make their first trip out to look at houses. I certainly am not one to talk about fashion but then again... this has nothing to do with fashion, just common sense and convenience.
