I just want to mention that the "Number of Followers" is not a good metric for rating Tweeple. You can buy Followers by the thousands; they will typically be inactive or irrelevant Accounts.

We did not choose the Top 99 based on followers alone. They were chosen based on the amount of followers, quality of tweets, klout and regional influence. Congrats again on making the list!
Newsflash - Twitter sucks and to get anything worthy out of it is akin to sitting and spying on conversations.

It's nice to see my name there, but this isn't very accurate - I know some Realtors who blog and are super active on Twitter but they aren't named for some reason (and they have as many or more followers than I do). Thanks for sharing. Interesting to see in an event.

Thanks for including me on the list. People don't realize how much thought and time goes into good social media. I really think twice before I tweet or retweet someting related to real estate. And sometimes you feel like nobody is listenting and other times you connect with someone you never knew - connecting is what it's all about.
