Railroad Tracks in Brooksville Florida

Where do they lead?   Are they coming together?  Or are they partingt?   What goods have been transported on these tracks?  Where were the travelers from that sat in the trains following these tracks?  And can you hear the whistle in the distance?

These railroad tracks can be seen from a bridge in downtown Brooksville, Florida.  I've seen the trains and I've heard the whistle many times, it's the questions that remain unanswered.

Silvia, That is a thought provoking photo. Two paths lead to one are does one path lead to two?

Hi Silvia, the sound of a train is always mystical to me.  There is a longing about it and hard to explain.  Love the photo and the story that we can each imagine.  Have a great week-end!

Hi Sylvia, I think they call this " Perspective". It depends on how you look at it. But I do have to agree the questions will likley remain unanswered.

I love pictures that include trains, tracks, or old roads.  They stretch the imagination into realms not usually explored.

Debbie,  good question, depends on which direction one is going!

Judith, trains and travel go together!

William, very true, it's all about perspective.

Donna, I always enjoy a train ride, it's easy travel and so relaxing to see the countryside go by.

Myrl, I like the way you put it.

Joe, thank you! Glad you enjoyed and have a great weekend as well!

Conrad, that is a good question indeed!

Frank, as a kid, I would always count the waggons and wave to the passengers...

Than, oh no, standing on railroad tracks is not something I would recommend!
