As I'm viewing other blogs I see where others may have not had good results with dropping the prices on their listings.  We have tried this and have not had much success.  We have received low ball offers, but also are having trouble with people getting financing.  Lenders are scared and even with the interest rates at all time lows, buyers are having difficulty getting monies.  Any suggestions?

Definitely the main problem is the financing issues.  Lenders have tightened up so much that the only way to go for most properties is FHA.  You need to learn all you can about FHA, down payment assistance, and creative financing.  That is what sells properties right now.  Price is important too, but financing is even more important.
