BOOM! What This Means For San Diego Real Estate. Little Guys Benefit?
It will be interesting to see how this will impact San Diego Real Estate and the JOBS market.
Will this be a BOOM for small businesses and entrepreneurs? Or will the BIG BOYS get all the action? It will be very interesting to see how this will play out for the San Diego Business Climate from removing all the debris to the projected 20 year build out.

IMHO, the big boys are going to get the majority of the action, otherwise it wouldn't be happening. I also believe that small businesses and entrepreneurs will benefit and it will create more jobs, so I guess it's a win/win kind of a thing.

Roger, Sure hope you're right. At any rate it will sure create some job growth for all during the next 20 years. Something for my kids and Grandkids to sink their teeth into.
