Blogging and Dieting

After the 21 Blogs in 21 Days Challenge, I've took a couple of days off, of Blogging. I began to think of the similarities of Blogging and Dieting. I've read that it typically takes 21 days or 3 weeks to start a new habit. With dieting, I've read tips that you have to drink more water, be choosy with nighttime snacks, eat several meals, spice it up and eat when you are hungry.
I may be strange, but the dieting sound similar to blogging tips that I've read. For example, choose the best time to blog and be committed to your blogging time. Or another tip on blogging is to only blog when you are feeling most passionate. It seems that there are many opinions on blogging and dieting, it just depends on who you ask...or where you click. My favorite was blogging is a lifestyle, not a hobby.....sounds familiar right? I read an article 22 Take Action Ways to be a Remarkable Blogger, by Pat Flynn and it has some innovate ways to stand out and make your (my) mark in the world of bloggers.
