Greenhill Crossing Townhouse Under Contract in Two Days!!

I was going to title this post Gainesville, VA Townhouse Under Contract in Two Days!!  Then I realized as my browser auto-completed the title that I had already done one with that title back in October 2012.  Clearly, buyer demand in Gainesville has not ceased at all.  

While some may expect a regular sale to go under contract quickly, they may not expect a Gainesville Short Sale to go under contract in two days.  I'm here to tell you, not only did this one go under contract in two days, but it had FOUR OFFERS.  In two days on the market there were fourteen showings.  That's what the Gainesville real estate market is like right now.
