Nathan Strauch - A Real Hot Shot!
I am pleased to endorse Nathan Strauch for all of your Real Estate Photography and Video needs.
I first was introduced to Nathan through his blog posts on Active Rain. His photos are bright, clear and appealing. Often, his virtual tours and videos will include music - usually banjo or guitar. This also made his tours more interesting for me.
So when my next listing came up, I eschewed the corporate photo house I had used in the past to call this engaging young photographer.
Nathan is very highly skilled in his approach. His pictures capture the property in such a way that buyers are almost immediately drawn in. This is made evident by his detailed weekly reports showing which images are the most viewed, how long folks are spending looking at the property, and where the traffic is coming from.
Even better, Nathan himself is warm and engaging, and really gets to know his customer and his subject matter. Photographing properties is not always a piece of cake. In fact, on one assignment, the sellers were at home, which he had no problem working around. And he was most gracious when I looked into the back yard to see him trying to set up an outdoor shot while the seller's dalmation was licking him on the ear! It is truly a test of patience and professionalism to have a dog trying to be your assistant, and Nathan passed this with flying colors.
What's more, the music that Nathan uses for his tours is written and performed by Nathan himself.
I highly recommend Nathan Strauch to photograph your listings. I have not used another photographer since I met Nathan 3 years ago. I am often complimented on the quality of the photgraphs and tours used for my listings, and I have Nathan to thank for that.
