This afternoon was a bit different than most, it marked the end of an era. As I got ready to leave the office I realized it would be the last time in this building we have been in for years. It was a good last day for us, three offers came in on our listings. I will remember our last day in this old office fondly.

Sounds like nothing but positive! We too have moved and our last day was Jan. 31st. Our new office, while not completely finished is going to be beautiful and it's in a better location. Enjoy your new digs!

Andrea, it is hard to give up what we are familiar with, but this seems like a move to a location that will be better in many ways. Good luck with the move and I hope everything goes smoothly :)

But right now... congratulations on a fabulous last day in the old place, what a great send off that office gave you. And I hope you'll post again and share some photos of your new space when you get all settled in.

Andrea, how exciting to make a major move. I'm not sure I'd want to pack things up, but I do get the itch from time to time. Have a great first year in your new office.

Andrea- dont turn out the lights on fond memories.. Keep them with you. You new location will be the place where lots of new memories will be made.

Your real estate office is really not sticks and bricks fixed but on line. Vending machines of media streams on platforms here, there, everywhere to be open for business no matter what the weather, time of day or night in the state, country, solar system the buyer and seller are in. Keep your phone charged and you are connected no matter where you go. Forward those calls and emails that don't stop beating, going pitter patter. Good luck in your new digs ... used mostly for Christmas office parties right? Cause you are out at the property, on the road, not by the water cooler.
