For those of you who are weekenders, and have not been to the lake lately, Riverside Lakeland has a new sign.

 

 


I was zipping down on FM 980 last Saturday and noticed a ladder and some folks removing the old, black and white, sign.



I went back by later to check it out, and this is what I found!

Oh George! The 510 people are in the city of Riverside. Lake land is not nearly that big! HA! ;)

 307,000 for a waterfront home is a great price! 22k for a fixer upper sounds like a deal!
