In 2012 Riverside Lakeland had 10 homes that were listed and sold. The price range was $22,000 for a little foreclosure that was a fixer upper -- all the way to a $307,000 brick, waterfront home.

The average square foot of the homes sold in 2012 was 1276 and having an average of 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.

You will primarily find, small, frame lake houses in Riverside Lakeland with some larger, brick homes, most of which are waterfront. Mobile homes are not allowed in Riverside Lakeland.

Riverside Lakeland is a beautiful, quiet community, surrounded by tall trees and lots of WATER!

For those of you who are weekenders, and have not been to the lake lately, Riverside Lakeland has a new sign.

I was zipping down on FM 980 last Saturday and noticed a ladder and some folks removing the old, black and white, sign.

I went back by later to check it out, and this is what I found!
