I love buyers!

I have worked with the most awesome buyers in the past few months, they are educated with Real Estate market and the inventory out there and they are prepared to make an offer within a few viewings of homes. I am only taking them out to view an average of 3-5 homes!!!  I send them to my website first, www.average2fancy.com and they view everything from their computer and by time my phone rings, they know exactly what they want and what they can truly afford!
