The most highly sought after properties are those that are in the 50 to 250K range and there are buyers looking for them. Buyer traffic has remained brisk all through the winter months and many are going home frustrated because there is nothing to look at. Many sellers remove their properties from the market in the winter because they feel it is a waste of time. Those that hung in this year are reaping he benefits. They are selling their homes at a good price and are able to move on to their new horizons without havng to look back.
Now is the time to list. If you would like to sell in 2013 get that home on the market. Buyers are already looking and will flock to the market in the Spring. They all start their searches online and get things lined up in their minds so when the time comes to start a serious search they know what they want and where to find it.
