4 Comments on The Gorman Condos on Kitsap Lake
May I point out some possible green features? You don't want to 'greenwash' a property. But my impression is that there is natural cover for wild life (trees and water) mass transit (ferry) and the tract lighting is a good thing. Even insulated can lights leak air. And under the Gorman sign is that a low maintenance yard? Natural local vegetation? Looks like a very nice place!
Rich... silly question, but what kind of floors in the kitchen? I am wanting to paint my kitchen in those colors, I am just curious on the material used and the color...
Shari
George - why thank you my friend!
Dena - your comments are always valued and welcomed. As a condo conversion, we didn't have a lot of control over the area immediately surrounding the complex. But my Seller is from Seattle is very aware of all things "green." One unit has sold, and 3 others are under contract. They are an excellent value in our market here. Thanks!
Shari - They used linoleum, but a very nice, high-grade brand with a ceramic tile look. It goes really well with the color scheme and compliments the tile surround in the bath.
