Thanks Winston, Simple villa really, nice owner, and it's going to go quickly, I have to check on vessel length, since another person told me that someone use to dock a 93' in the same place with a draft of 8' but I don't see a qualified turning basin, I know channel depth is in excess of 11' so that's another plus for the ocean going sail boats (deep keel ), send your qualified buyer my way and I'll toss the refferal fee back at ya - Michael
