I looked up the mls for real estate activity in  Saxony Manor condos in Warminster township in 2012.

I looked for listings sold in 2012 . This does not include homes not listed . It is deemed to be correct but subject to errors and omissions.

There were 9  homes that settled in 2012.

The average original list price was $ 132,044

The average last list price was $124,467

The average sale price was $117,056

Highest sale price was $147,000

The lowest sale price was $95,000

The average days the homes were marketed was 98

The average settled price to original price ratio 88.87 %

The average settled price to last list price ratio is 94%

The homes were priced high and sellers had to reduce price as seen from ratios.
