Three Things I Would Like My Website To Do
1. I would love to have a live chat available on the website homepage that when a person wants to chat, if we are not available , there comment or question is text messaged to us allowing us to reach and respond back to them.
2. When we write a blog post on ActiveRain, the site picks up a link and posts it on the website. It could be titled "Today's Blog Post" with a brief section of the post. If a person clicks on it, it takes them to our ActiveRain outside blog.
3. I would like an IDX section that is easy to get into. If an address is known, or an MLS number is known, it takes the consumer right to the listing. If the consumer wants to search for property, with 3 or 4 general parameters, it goes to the MLS selections. Refining the search then can take place on the fly.
